Last Friday, our middle school students were treated to a special presentation by writer Briar Grace-Smith, who is visiting Guangzhou as a writer-in-residence at Sun Yat Sen University.
ISA hosts numerous activities for the wider community every weekend throughout the school year.
Activities include: ballet, karate, soccer, Australian football, rugby, and musical theatre.
Expert coaches and instructors run each activity. The fees for these extra-curricular courses are reasonable.
ISA opens the café every weekend to ensure parents have a relaxing place to sit, talk and drink coffee with other parents while their children enjoy their activities.
The Hong Kong Football Academy classes running on Saturday morning have been very popular with children. They have enjoyed learning more skills in one of their favourite sports. Football is one of children's favourite sports. Even on rainy days our fields are full of enthusiastic kids working on improving their skills with the goal of participating in competitions locally and abroad.

Karate is all about the harmony between body and mind. Trained and experienced teachers coach children through the exercises to learn the essential skills of Karate. A large number of students have taken this chance to learn under such talented teachers every Sunday afternoon.
Sundays 3:00pm - 5:30pm, ISA School Campus, MPR Hall
The Next Stage(TNS) is an education provider based in London that has been providing short-term training programmes with the unique approach of musical theatre for children and adults since 2011. Pupils learn to sing, dance and act through loads of interactive games and drama activities.
A Class: Saturdays 2:00pm - 5:00pm, ISA School Campus, MPR Hall
B Class: Sundays 9:00am - 12:00pm, ISA School Campus, MPR Hall
